Entrepreneur in Residence

For twelve years in Silicon Valley, Faheem has brought magic to launching and growing new products. As the Entrepreneur-in-Residence for healthcare at SAP, Faheem oversees all design, development, and marketing for the Care Circles platform. Faheem's favorite aspect of Care Circles is how it opens the door for better science and research for any condition. His greatest passion in life, his son, was the inspiration behind Care Circles.

Marketing Trailblazer

Layla is our Marketing Lead and named us! After stints at Yahoo! and eBay, Layla joined SAP to lead Consumer Marketing. Two weeks into the job, she met Faheem and knew she had to work on this project. Layla draws inspiration from her personal experience as a caregiver and is passionate about helping people all over the world live better. Her favorite Care Circles feature is the journal. When not working or spending time with her family, Layla is buzzing our social channels.

Visual Design Godess

Judi, our Design Lead, is passionate about creating unique and desirable user experiences. She feels fortunate to be involved in a project that will help others live better. Judi has spent more than fifteen years as a designer and is inspired by being able to do what she loves. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons. Her favorite Care Circles feature is the Team Page, where she can view the profiles of the team members.

Process Optimizer

Santosh joined us from SAP India, and managed the delivery of Care Circles through complex internal processes. His favorite feature is the Journal, and he believes Care Circles will elevate personalized care to the next level through customized individual “Care Plans.”

Development Wizard

A graduate of UC Davis, and a six-year SAP veteran, Randy has been working on SAP consumer applications for the past year as Infrastructure Manager. This year has been the most fulfilling year for him, as he has been given the chance to bring Care Circles to the market. Randy’s favorite feature is the Care Guides, where he can choose an interactive guide. Randy stays up late at night to ensure Care Circles is performing as expected.
